Head Mixologist

Description
- We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Mixologist to lead our bar team and create an exceptional beverage experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar team
- Design and update cocktail menus, including signature creations
- Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement
- Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage supplier orders
- Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and international cocktail trends
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
