About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Mixologist to lead bar operations, develop signature cocktails, manage the bar team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop signature cocktails and beverage menus
• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality drink preparation
• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule bartenders and bar assistants
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Manage inventory, control costs, minimize waste, and coordinate with suppliers

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques
• Experience managing bar or lounge operations
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
