About the Role Head Manufacturing and Process Technology (MPT) Site Development is responsible for founding, building and leading the local MPT team at BSF as part of the global MPT organization, and for shaping the site development in the Nordwestschweiz. The role focuses on establishing MPT processes, standards, KPIs and ensuring GMP-compliant design and operation during the project, with a strong emphasis on downstream processing and cleaning validations.
