About the Role Polaris Bank is seeking a Head, IT Project Coordination to lead the planning, coordination, and oversight of technology projects. You will ensure delivery within defined scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards while aligning projects with the bank's strategic objectives. This role requires strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record of delivering complex IT initiatives. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and monitor the delivery of technology projects to ensure successful execution within scope, time, budget, and quality requirements.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables align with project scope and business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide governance, status reporting, and risk/issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adhere to established PM methodologies and best practices (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum, SAFe Agile) to deliver high-quality outcomes. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in technology project delivery.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum, SAFe Agile.
