The Head of Operations & Human Resources will provide strategic leadership over the organization’s operational and people functions. This role ensures that all systems, policies, and practices support the mission, vision, and values of the organization while fostering excellence, accountability, and leadership. The ideal candidate is a mature professional with deep operational expertise, strong HR leadership at middle management level.
