Overview
VivaFemini, a FemTech company advancing women's healthcare across Africa, seeks a strategic finance leader to oversee financial planning, fundraising, investments, and financial governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Secure funding through debt, equity, grants, and development finance.
- Manage treasury, cash flow, capital allocation, and investment deployment.
- Evaluate investment, expansion, and partnership opportunities.
- Strengthen financial controls, risk management, and governance.
- Lead the Finance team and advise executive leadership on financial decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Investment Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, including 3 years in a senior finance or investment leadership role.
- Proven track record in fundraising, financial modelling, capital management, and investment transactions.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills.
- ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA, or relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
