Job title: Head, Estate Services
We are recruiting a Head, Estate Services to develop and lead estate service standards, budgets, and vendor management for an oil & gas sector client based in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead estate service standards aligned with corporate and international best practices
- Develop and lead budgets for estate services
- Lead vendor management activities for estate services
Requirements
- University degree (HND/BSc) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience, including at least 3+ years in a supervisory role, in corporate services, hospitality, or facilities management
- Strong financial acumen with budget and procurement experience
