We're looking for an ambitious Head Chef with energy, passion and personality to join the team at The Hoxton, Amsterdam.
Lotti's is ever evolving and getting a fresh new look and feel later this year. We're keeping our European roots but turning up the heat with bold Latin-inspired flavours, colourful seasonal dishes and cocktails with a bit of spice. It's the neighbourhood hangout everyone knows and loves, just with a little more attitude.
We're giving the space a full refresh and launching a brand-new menu, making this the perfect opportunity for a Head Chef to put their own stamp on Lotti's. From building an exciting seasonal menu to leading a talented kitchen team, you'll have the freedom to shape the next chapter of one of Amsterdam's favourite neighbourhood spots.
