About the Role As Head Chef at Meliá Madrid Princesa, you will be the top owner of the hotel’s gastronomic proposal, ensuring an excellent culinary experience aligned with the brand standards and guest satisfaction. You will lead the kitchen area with a creative, operational, and managerial vision, guaranteeing product quality, department profitability, and team development.

What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in hotels of similar category or high-volume, high-demand restaurants
- Training in cooking, gastronomy, or hospitality; hotel management background valued
- Strong knowledge of costs, portioning, stock control, and budgeting
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop multicultural and multidisciplinary teams
- Culinary creativity with clear focus on results and standardization
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work in dynamic environments, with attention to detail and high expectations
- Passion for gastronomy, innovation, and guest experience
