Section: Qualifications ✅️ Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of beef cuts, fat content, and the aging process. ✅️ Artistry: “Culinary Artist” levels of plating and consistency. ✅️ Leadership: A calm-under-pressure mentality and a reputation for being reliable and punctual. ✅️ Certifications: Level 2 Food Hygiene essential (Level 3 preferred). ✅️ Status: Sponsorship is available for UK-based applicants only.
