Summary The Head Cheer Coach provides leadership for all aspects of the Cheer program at KCU. The head coach will be a mature Christian leader committed to using cheer as a tool to advance the University’s Christ-centered mission; develop student-athletes from academic, spiritual, and educational perspectives; and establish a culture of performance excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The Head Cheer Coach will advance the University’s mission to educate students for Christian leadership and service in the church and professions throughout the world. The head coach must demonstrate an overarching passion for this mission and uphold it as a standard across all University cheer operations.
