WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on barista experience.
• Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista.
• Strong knowledge of espresso, beverage preparation & latte art.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, team management, and training skills.
• Knowledge of coffee equipment, quality control, and hygiene standards.
• Able to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
