What You'll Do
- Develop innovative magnetic read-write integration algorithms to characterize and optimize head-media performance for next-generation HDD products (Head Assistant Magnetic Recording)
- Design and implement modular software solutions for automated head and media component evaluation, integrating seamlessly with proprietary HDD test platforms and measurement systems
- Create advanced signal processing algorithms for readback waveform analysis, including statistical characterization of magnetic read-write performance across multiple operational conditions
- Analyze head-media integration test data to generate comprehensive performance reports, design rankings, and failure mode analysis for storage product development
- Provide technical support for RWI test code deployment and optimization
