About the role

To coordinate day-to-day administrative services, supporting facilities, logistics and general operations and ensuring efficient administrative support to clinical and non-clinical departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative and support-services operations.
• Support facilities, maintenance, utilities and general services.
• Coordinate administrative logistics, supplies and office services.
• Implement administrative policies and standards.
• Supervise and support administrative staff.
• Support budget and contract administration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Administration, Management or a related discipline. Completion of NYSC, or a valid exemption where applicable.

Experience

• Experience in administration or support services, including coordination/supervision. Experience supporting facilities and general services.
