Job title: HCP Contracting & Payment Specialist
About the Role
This position oversees the end-to-end contracting documentation and payment process for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in support of Daiichi Sankyo programs. It requires applying independent judgment to ensure compliance with Programs and Grand Committee (PGC) guidelines, and serving as the primary contact for HCP communications.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily execution of contracting all HCPs, including status updates, collecting proper documentation, and gathering HCP profile and payment information.
- Collaborate with the M&E Team and Legal Contract Specialists to manage redlines, changes, and updates to HCP contracts; ensure FMV, screening, and adherence to annual spend caps; securely store HCP data.
- Manage the HCP contracting process for meetings and, where applicable, travel requirements for One Time Consultant Engagements; verify data in the designated HCP software tool.
- Lead the HCP invoice and payment process: review sensitive payment/tax documents, process honoraria in line with company and country guidelines, ensure timely payments, and respond to inquiries.
- Monitor data integrity in the HCP Engagement system, escalate issues to the Manager, and serve as the primary business contact for HCP interactions; provide policy insights during regular M&E calls.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal policies, and escalate improvements or risks with details and possible solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Education: H.S. degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience.
- Experience: At least five years in a corporate role (pharmaceutical industry preferred) with financial analysis, project management, customer support, and contract management; at least one year of HCP Engagement experience.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of contracting processes, compliance, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Pharmaceutical industry experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with HCP engagement regulations and audit readiness.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 68,080.00 - 102,120.00 per year.
