About the Role The Harvest Winemaking Assistant supports the winery's harvest activities under the Robert Mondavi Winery for Constellation Brands. This full-time position is based in Oakville, CA and focuses on assisting cellar operations during harvest season.
What You'll Do
- Assist in daily winery harvest and cellar activities as directed by winemaking staff
- Help manage equipment, sanitation, and sample collection during harvest
- Support quality control and record-keeping in the winery

- Reliable team player with good communication

- Previous winery or cellar experience

Compensation & Benefits
