Job title: Hardware Engineer
About the Role Copeland is seeking a Hardware Engineer to join the electronic engineering team in Belluno, Italy. The role supports requirements definitions, product development and validation in collaboration with Product Managers, Software and Operations, reporting to the Manager Hardware Engineer.
The position is based in Belluno with a hybrid on-site working model.
What You'll Do
- Hardware testing and product validation on prototypes according to internal procedures and international standards.
- Evaluation of alternative components.
- Perform failure analysis on units returned from the field and recommend corrective actions.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma and/or degree in electronics.
- 1 to 4 years' experience in electronics.
- Experience in similar roles (supply chain, laboratory hardware testing, Operations).
- Italian language – native; English language – basic proficiency.
- Basic CAD skills are an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 27,000 - 38,000 USD per year.
