Industry: Hardscaping / Construction Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Employment Type: Seasonal – approximately 8 months, with potential for permanent employment based on performance
🔧 Position Details
Role: Hardscape Laborer
Pay Rate
- $18 per hour
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday work may be available depending on project needs
✈️ Housing & Relocation Support
- Housing available for approximately $150 per week
- Transportation support available
- Relocation/travel expenses may be reimbursed according to the established relocation process
📋 Job Responsibilities
- Install pavers, retaining walls, walkways, and other outdoor hardscape structures
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Report job-site hazards or incidents to the supervisor
- Perform physically demanding outdoor construction and hardscaping work
📋 Job Requirements
- Previous experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to follow workplace and job-site safety procedures
- Must successfully complete required background screening
- Must successfully complete required drug screening
