About the Role We are seeking a Hands-On Firmware Team Lead to head a Firmware Power Management team within the Client PM Firmware Group at Intel. You will drive end-to-end PM feature development for Intel Client SoCs, balancing technical ownership with leadership. The role leverages AI-driven flows and agents to accelerate architecture, development, debugging, analysis, and validation coverage. You will act as a player-coach, spending roughly 60 percent of your time on hands-on architecture and codebase development, and 40 percent guiding and mentoring a small team of specialized firmware engineers. You will collaborate with SoC architecture, hardware and validation teams to deliver efficient, stable power management firmware that optimizes power and performance.
