About this role
Hand therapist with California advanced practice licenses in hand therapy and physical agent modalities is required, Certified Hand Therapist is preferred. The Staff Occupational Therapist II reports to the Clinical Supervisor, Occupational Therapy and provides both direct and indirect patient care services. The O.T. II works primarily with adult and geriatric patients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, although pediatric and adolescent patients may also be treated.
Plan and administer a full range of occupational therapy services for patients with physical and cognitive impairments and disabilities, under general direction and upon receipt of written referrals. Conduct patient evaluations using various physical, cognitive and visual/perceptual tests and measurements. Establish therapeutic intervention goals and development of therapeutic intervention programs, and implement therapeutic intervention plans utilizing occupational therapy techniques. Maintain all applicable patient records related to the delivery of patient care service.

Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred.
