About the Role Endeavor Health Medical Group Gynecologic Oncologists seek a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gynecologist to establish the practice at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. The role involves direct medical services and leadership to grow the gynecologic oncology program within a multidisciplinary cancer program, including clinical research, quality and education. What You'll Do
- Oversee the continuum of care for patients, including genetic counseling and screening and medical treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy and surgery.
- Provide program development, growth and leadership.
- Drive patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Support quality and safety.
- Lead and maintain clinical excellence and innovation. What We're Looking For
- MD or DO; graduate of an accredited medical school; completed or near completion of Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship; eligible for medical licensure in Illinois.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) by ABIM.
- Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois; DEA licensed or pending.
- Excellent clinicians and the ability to assist with the development and growth of related programs, including clinical research, quality and education. Nice to Have
- Experience with clinical research, quality improvement and education within a multidisciplinary oncology program. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $335,754 - $620,170 annually.
- 2-year guarantee; pay determined within range based on FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes and quality measures.
