Key responsibilities

Are you an analytical thinker with strong business partnering skills? Do you have the ability to turn financial insights into business actions and influence business decisions? We're looking for someone who can:

• act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders, providing financial insight, challenge and guidance

• transform data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the organization

• analyze financial performance, identify key drivers and communicate actionable recommendations

• contribute to planning, forecasting and performance management activities across business areas in the US

• advise and challenge business activities, performance and strategy to optimize the use of financial resources

• perform financial analytics and interpret results

• respond to complex ad-hoc business requests and deliver insightful financial analysis

• contribute to strategic initiatives, business reviews and management forums

• leverage Business Intelligence tools and reporting solutions to enhance transparency and support decision-making

• The team

Your team:

• You'll be working in the Finance Business Partnering team of Global Wealth Management CFO US in Krakow. We provide strategic financial advice and constructive challenge to business stakeholders on activities, performance and strategy to optimize the use of the firm's financial resources. Acting as a trusted partner to senior management, we support planning, forecasting, performance management and business reviews, while collaborating closely with other GWM CFO Finance teams to enhance book views and provide detailed product and mandate insights for bespoke reporting and informed decision-making.

• Given our close partnership with US-based stakeholders, the role offers flexibility in working hours, typically with a slightly later start to facilitate effective collaboration across time zones.

• Your skills and experience

Your expertise:

• significant experience in finance, controlling, FP&A or a related function, with financial services industry knowledge as a plus

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field

• very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)

• strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills

• strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics to diverse audiences

• flexibility to align working hours with US stakeholders and business requirements

• knowledge of BI tools and VBA or Python would be a plus
