Job Summary

OneTeam InfoTech is looking for a skilled Guidewire Integration Developer to design, develop, and support integrations between Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Guidewire integrations, APIs, middleware technologies, and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations for Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.

• Design and implement RESTful and SOAP-based services.

• Configure and customize Guidewire Integration Framework components.

• Work with messaging, plugins, batch processes, and event-driven integrations.

• Build inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and functional teams to understand integration requirements.

• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.

• Prepare technical design documents and integration specifications.

• Ensure adherence to Guidewire development best practices and coding standards.

• Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Guidewire development and integrations. Strong experience with:

• Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter)

• Guidewire Integration Framework

• Gosu Programming

• Java/J2EE

• REST APIs and SOAP Web Services

• XML, JSON, XSD

• Experience with Guidewire Messaging Framework.

• Hands-on experience with plugins and integration patterns.

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Understanding of Guidewire Data Model and Configuration.

• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD tools.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred Skills

• Guidewire Associate or Specialist Certification.

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform.

• Exposure to Integration Gateway and Guidewire Cloud APIs.

• Knowledge of middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Apache Camel, Boomi, or Informatica.

• Understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
