About this role
About the Role Arnold & Porter has established guidelines for how search firms may contact our Professional Staff Recruitment Department regarding candidates for non-attorney open positions. Unsolicited non-attorney applications are not accepted, and submissions are only considered for positions posted in the Professional Staff Current Opportunities section of our website. What You'll Do
- Ensure candidate submissions comply with the firm's guidelines (submitted for posted positions only, candidate identified by name, and submitted through the official online system).
- Do not submit unsolicited applications or submit candidate information by any other means; the firm will not pay a placement fee if a candidate's application is submitted outside the specified process.
- Include each candidate's current email or mailing address when completing the online submission, in order to satisfy government reporting obligations.
- Use the online application submission system to submit candidates.
- Respect and apply the firm's equal employment opportunity policies and anti-discrimination/anti-harassment provisions, including the collection of race/ethnicity and veteran status information via voluntary self-identification forms where applicable.
- Understand that the information collected is used solely for self-identification and recordkeeping obligations.
