About the Role Are you passionate about hospitality? The Surfsand Resort is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join the Front Desk team in Cannon Beach, Oregon. As a primary point of contact for guests from arrival to departure, you help create exceptional stays through warm service, attention to detail, and personalized assistance. What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism from arrival through departure.
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist guests with requests throughout their stay.
- Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and billing transactions.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate guest records while following resort policies and procedures. What We're Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous hotel, resort, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18.50 per hour (range up to $19.00 per hour listed elsewhere).
