Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local area attractions.

Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services and promotions to effectively assist guests.

Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments.

Requirements

Prior experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages, especially German or French, are a plus.
