Job title: Guest Service Usher
About the Role Join Live Nation's Guest Services team as an usher at GLC Live at 20 Monroe. You will create a welcoming experience for guests by greeting attendees, giving directions, resolving issues, and managing entry points for events. This role supports the venue during all shows with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests and provide information and directions
- Assist with problems/issues during events
- Control ticket access points to ensure smooth entry and venue security
- Provide excellent guest services to fans throughout events
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a theatre/entertainment venue
- Ability to work holidays and weekend events (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) throughout the year
- Availability to work both day and night shifts; schedules vary
