About the Role Live Nation's US Concerts team in Albuquerque is seeking a part-time Guest Service team member. You will interact with fans and guests to provide information, resolve inquiries and complaints, and support venue operations and sustainability efforts. This role is essential to delivering excellent guest experiences at events.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain loyalty; answer inbound calls or in-person inquiries to resolve customer concerns through analysis to determine the most effective resolution.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation; solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
