We are hiring for Guest Experience Ambassador at Romeoville Toyota. This entry-level role is an excellent entry point into automotive dealership environments, focusing on first impressions, service drive support, and creating a welcoming, efficient experience for customers. What You'll Do
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude as they arrive in the service drive.
- Assist customers with check-in and direct them to the appropriate service advisor or department.
- Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles, as needed.
- Help maintain an organized service lane, parking area, and vehicle flow.
- Support the service department with vehicle staging, errands, and general dealership tasks. What We're Looking For
