Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm and memorable arrival experience.
- Assist guests with their requests, inquiries, and special arrangements.
- Follow up on guest feedback and ensure any concerns are handled promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Build positive relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction.
