GUCCI Operations Controller

Gucci Operations Controller at Kering in Dallas, Texas, United States of America. You will provide operational support to the business by overseeing an efficient stockroom and accurate inventory, and you will assist management with day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues. Responsibilities

• Operations: Execute shipping and receiving processes, report any issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager, and take the necessary steps to resolve them. Ensure timely movement of merchandise as directed, while adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages. Assist the Store Director or Operations Manager in identifying problems in operations processes and resolve them quickly and in a timely manner. Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures for reference. Submit all required tax-exempt forms as received. Communicate discrepancies and issues immediately to management. Process repairs and damages in a timely manner according to company guidelines. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique. Place orders as needed for all office and store supplies. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Inventory: Execute and maintain an accurate and organized store inventory at all times. Perform store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support and direction from the Store Director or Operations Manager.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion retail industry or luxury sector.
• High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory efficiently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management processes.
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software, including receiving, tracking, and storing merchandise.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with store management, sales teams, and other staff members.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail industry.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes.
