About this role

About the Role

Join the commercial team at an AI-powered procurement software company as a hands-on GTM Lead. You will turn strategic procurement expertise into enterprise opportunities, leading deals from initial conversations through close and activation.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with C-level executives and procurement leaders at large enterprises and Mittelstand companies across Germany.

  • Lead consultative discovery around procurement strategy, negotiation performance, spend visibility, and supplier risk.

  • Create and advance commercial opportunities, positioning the platform within customers' strategic procurement programs.

  • Run customer and partner workshops that connect procurement challenges to business opportunities.

  • Enable sales, business development, and deployment colleagues to engage credibly with procurement stakeholders.

  • Represent the company in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

  • Share customer, market, and competitive insights with the product and company teams.

What We're Looking For

  • At least three years of hands-on experience in strategic procurement, ideally three to five years.

  • Experience working with large German enterprises and Mittelstand organizations on strategic procurement topics.

  • Experience engaging C-level executives and procurement leaders, not only category managers.

  • Fluency in German and English.

  • Commercial drive, a strong sense of ownership, and comfort working in a changing environment.
