Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
- Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing customer data, website traffic, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Growth Initiatives: Support the development and execution of growth strategies across various channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and customer retention programs.
- Competitor Analysis: Gather and assess competitor strategies and tactics, providing insights that inform our growth strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare reports on growth initiatives, highlighting key takeaways, performance metrics, and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align on growth goals and support the implementation of growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or similar analytical tools.
- Interest in growth strategies, data analysis, and market research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
