The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the self-serve growth funnel for a software product, from first discovery through onboarding to activation. Diagnose where users drop off, design and run A/B tests and growth experiments, and write much of the code needed to ship them. Work closely with the founding team in a hands-on role with a path toward building something of your own.
What you'll do

Own the self-serve acquisition funnel end to end, from discovery through onboarding to activation.

Find the exact points where users disengage and decide how to fix them.

Ship early funnel improvements within your first few weeks.

Set funnel goals and choose whether to pull product, onboarding or marketing levers based on data and business judgment.

Write most of your own code to build and run A/B tests and growth experiments.

Partner closely with the founding team, who are handling other go-to-market work.

Requirements

What we're looking for

0 to 3 years of experience.

A track record of taking an original project from idea to public release and winning a user base on your own.

A hands-on background delivering user experience improvements that go beyond visual design work.

Comfortable writing code and merging changes yourself with modern AI-assisted development tools.

Able to be in the office five days a week, without relocation assistance.
