About the Role
Orange Health is seeking a Growth & Partnerships Manager to drive the expansion of home-based health checkups in Bengaluru. You will work with labs, clinicians, and operations to ensure a seamless booking-to-report experience for customers.
What You'll Do

Develop and execute go-to-market and partnerships strategies to promote Full Body Checkups in Bangalore.

Build and manage relationships with labs to ensure timely sample collection and quick report delivery.

Coordinate end-to-end patient journey: booking, sample collection, testing, and report delivery.

Collaborate with marketing to implement discount campaigns.

Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in home healthcare service delivery.

What We're Looking For

Experience in healthcare services, operations, or field sales in Bangalore.

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver service within tight time windows.

Familiarity with digital health platforms and home healthcare logistics.

Nice to Have

Experience with home sample collection services or diagnostic labs.

Fluency in local languages (Kannada, Hindi, English).
