Bilingual Marketplace Growth Associate

Fyrwood Remote Latin America preferred

Spanish + English strongly preferred Commission-based

Fyrwood is building the digital layer for the firewood industry.

We connect tree companies that have excess logs with homeowners, firewood operators, wood banks, and other local users. We’ve already completed 200+ wood drops, helping operators reduce disposal costs while keeping usable wood in local circulation.

Now we need someone to help grow and operate the marketplace.

What you’ll do

Activate existing Fyrwood tree-company partners
Process inbound log requests and help coordinate drops
Work through existing prospect lists to close new tree-company accounts
Reach out by phone, WhatsApp, text, email, and social media
Monitor Facebook/community groups for wood demand
Track outreach, activations, requests, and completed drops
Use AI tools to make outreach and operations faster
The role is roughly 70–80% marketplace activation/operations and 20–30% new-account sales.
Who we’re looking for

You’re a strong fit if you:

Speak Spanish fluently or very well and can work in English
Are based in Latin America or Central America
Are comfortable calling and messaging small-business owners
Are organized, persistent, and good at follow-up
Like startups, sales, marketplaces, logistics, or AI
Want to help build something early, not just work another remote job
Experience in sales, customer service, logistics, dispatching, landscaping, tree care, or home services is helpful but not required.
