About the Role Owner is seeking a growth-focused teammate to help restaurants grow online using our platform. You will work with a suite of tools including Restaurant Website, SEO, Online Menu, Reviews Engine, Listings Management, Marketing Campaigns, Email & SMS Marketing, Push Notifications, Loyalty & Rewards, Online Ordering, Delivery, Catering, and analytics to drive online discovery and sales. What You'll Do
- Help onboarding and enable customers to use Owner's suite of restaurant growth tools (Website, SEO, Online Ordering, Marketing Campaigns, Loyalty, etc.)
- Collaborate with product and customer success to optimize merchant performance and reporting
- Analyze data and run campaigns to grow online orders and repeat purchases
- Provide feedback to product team to improve merchant experience What We're Looking For
- Interest in SaaS/restaurant tech and digital marketing for small businesses
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate merchant needs into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, email, push notifications) is a plus
