Job title: Growth Marketing Lead
What You'll Do
- Desenvolver e liderar a estratégia criativa das iniciativas de Growth da Midcorp, transformando objetivos de negócio em campanhas orientadas à aquisição, conversão, retenção e relacionamento;
- Construir propostas de valor, narrativas e mensagens-chave para diferentes segmentos e perfis de clientes;
- Traduzir insights de mercado, clientes, áreas comerciais e dados de performance em direcionamentos criativos para campanhas e jornadas de comunicação;
- Planejar e estruturar campanhas multicanais, garantindo alinhamento entre e-mail marketing, mídia paga, landing pages, WhatsApp, CRM e demais pontos de contato;
- Elaborar briefings estratégicos para agências e parceiros, acompanhando todo o desenvolvimento criativo das campanhas;
