About the job
Full-time · fully remote worldwide · $120k–$160k per year + equity
you'll own how people find our products: the full funnel, first impression to signup to paid. several small stories to tell at once, not one big one.
what you'll do
-
own organic growth across the products
-
spec shareable moments and referral loops into the products — we build them quickly
-
run our accounts on x, linkedin, reddit, and substack
-
write content built on our own data: posts, threads, short-form video
-
find and manage creator and affiliate partnerships
-
run experiments, stop what doesn't work, repeat what does
-
shape each product's voice
-
you
-
have grown a product's audience before and can walk us through the numbers
-
have made content work organically on at least one platform
-
have built a growth loop inside a product, or have concrete ideas for ours
-
write clearly across formats: posts, threads, scripts
-
comfortable doing the work, not just planning it
-
any experience level — results matter more than years
