About the Role We’re seeking a t-shaped growth marketer at Railway to excel in at least one growth program (SEO/AEO, brand, partnerships, or lead capture). You’ll draft programs and implement their v0 by getting into the code, helping developers access powerful tooling with channels beyond owned ones. What You'll Do
- Draft growth programs across SEO/AEO, brand, partnerships, or lead capture and implement their initial version (v0) by getting into the code.
- Build demos and technical materials to showcase new campaigns, test templates, and perform technical SEO improvements.
- Expand earned or paid channels including creator networks, digital and out-of-home advertising, and referral programs.
- Work as an engineer at heart to bring technologies to developers’ fingertips and operate in a globally distributed, highly autonomous environment. What We're Looking For
