As a Growth Manager, you'll partner directly with top recruiting firms to help them grow their businesses while driving marketplace liquidity, revenue, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- Own a portfolio of high-performing recruiting firms and serve as their strategic growth partner.
- Help recruiters increase revenue by optimizing sourcing strategies, operational workflows, and marketplace performance.
- Build trusted relationships with agency owners and recruiting leaders, advising them on growth opportunities and business strategy.
- Design and execute experiments that improve marketplace liquidity, recruiter engagement, and overall marketplace health.
- Identify operational bottlenecks throughout the recruiter lifecycle and implement scalable solutions.
- Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to improve internal tools and marketplace functionality.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend data-driven strategies to maximize recruiter success.
- Drive onboarding, activation, and long-term performance for new recruiting partners.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions by translating customer feedback into platform improvements.
- Help shape the future of one of the fastest-growing two-sided marketplaces in recruiting.
Ideal Background
- 2–8 years of experience in account management, marketplace operations, customer operations, business development, or startup operations.
- Proven experience owning a revenue target rather than solely focusing on customer retention.
- Strong background managing strategic customer relationships while driving measurable business growth.
- Experience working at high-growth startups, marketplace businesses, or venture-backed technology companies.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in fast-paced, execution-oriented environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive operational improvements and business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree from a highly regarded university with a strong academic record.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building scalable systems and helping customers succeed.
Preferred
- Experience at marketplace companies such as Uber, DoorDash, Instacart, Toast, Airbnb, or similar two-sided platforms.
- Background in advertising, media partnerships, account management, or revenue operations.
- Experience managing large books of business while consistently exceeding revenue goals.
- Demonstrated history of exceptional achievement through entrepreneurship, athletics, academics, or other high-performance environments.
- Startup experience spanning Series A through pre-IPO companies.
- Strong operational mindset with experience designing scalable processes and growth initiatives.
- Interest in AI, recruiting technology, and marketplace businesses.
- Desire to grow into future leadership or founder-level opportunities within high-growth startups.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $125,000–$200,000.
- On-target earnings (OTE): $165,000–$255,000.
