REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Business Admin, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Management, Social Sciences or related field.
- 3-6 years experience in Growth, Strategy, Biz Ops, Data Analytics, Fundraising or Nonprofit Management.
- Proven experience building dashboards, reports & databases from scratch (0 to 1).
- Advanced Excel/Sheets, Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio is a major advantage + CRM knowledge.
- Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, communication & project management skills. Proactive, discreet & passionate about impact.
