Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Automation Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will approach growth as a core engineering challenge, designing and implementing sophisticated systems that drive demand capture, optimize lead routing, and facilitate robust experimentation.
This position focuses on transforming existing marketing operations through advanced automation and Artificial Intelligence. You will be instrumental in building production-grade systems that ensure efficiency and scalability, operating within a fast-paced, iterative environment where you will build, deploy, analyze, and refine solutions based on real-world performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-leverage Go-To-Market (GTM) motions for transformation, collaborating with the marketing team to define strategies.
- Develop and deploy automations using Claude Code and event-driven tools like Zapier and n8n, transitioning prototypes into production-ready, team-wide tools.
- Manage the enrichment strategy, including ICP segmentation, scoring, and signal-to-action workflows to convert raw data into actionable sales intelligence.
- Design and execute multi-channel prospecting pipelines, incorporating A/B testing, automated enrichment, scoring, response-detection routing, and robust deliverability infrastructure (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain warmup, bounce handling).
- Provide support for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and paid media initiatives, focusing on audience targeting (LinkedIn, Google), suppression, match-rate workflows, connecting ad-platform engagement to pipeline data, and automating testing and bidding.
- Leverage AI to scale organic and inbound demand, enhancing brand visibility in search and AI-generated answers, while tightening capture, routing, and speed-to-lead processes.
Qualifications
-
Professional experience in GTM engineering, revenue technology, data engineering, or a closely related technical domain.
-
A strong bias toward action, preferring to ship working prototypes and iterate rather than over-specifying solutions.
-
Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Clay), with a portfolio of real, deployed automations.
-
Familiarity with Salesforce, including its data model and experience integrating with or automating within the CRM.
-
Proficiency in connecting systems via APIs, understanding REST, webhooks, OAuth, rate limiting, and error handling.
-
An owner mindset, focused on identifying and solving the right problems effectively.
-
Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue processes.
-
Active engagement with the AI space, with existing workflows built using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini.
-
Strong written and spoken English, with a willingness to work during US Pacific-overlap hours.
-
Nice to have: Experience with Snowflake or other data warehouses (Databricks, BigQuery), a software or data engineering background, Python or JavaScript scripting, or prior high-growth startup experience building foundational systems from scratch.
-
Benefits & Perks
-
Access to monthly live training sessions led by senior operators from leading US tech companies.
-
Opportunity to join a vibrant community of GTM engineers for peer review and knowledge sharing.
-
Significant opportunities for career growth as the company's network expands.
