Job Summary
The Growth Associate will drive the acquisition and retention of recycling partners within an assigned territory. The role involves sourcing, onboarding, supporting, and managing field partners.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard Agents, Processors, Merchants, and Logistics Partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, partner activities, and onboarding.
- Follow up with partners and resolve field-related issues.
- Support material recovery, partner training, activations, and asset delivery/recovery.
Requirements

Minimum of SSCE certificate.

Must have an Android phone and basic technology skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with the assigned local area.
