Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
- Manage and optimise the customer journey and marketing funnel.
- Design, execute, and evaluate data-driven marketing campaigns and growth experiments across multiple channels.
- Analyse customer behaviour and key growth metrics to identify opportunities and improve performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to enhance product adoption and customer experience.
- Identify new growth opportunities across customer segments, channels, partnerships, and products.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 4–6 years' relevant experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or customer acquisition, preferably in fintech or financial services.

Strong analytical, campaign management, and customer engagement skills.

Proven ability to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
