The Cowrywise Campus Ambassadors program is a vibrant and fast-growing community of student leaders across over 460 tertiary institutions in Nigeria. With thousands of ambassadors (and growing), the program is at the forefront of driving financial literacy, career development, and professional networking among students and recent graduates.
As we expand our impact and reach, we seek a Growth Analyst to support the growth, engagement, and operational excellence of the community. This role is integral to scaling our efforts, optimising processes, and ensuring our ambassadors have the best possible experience.
Responsibilities: The Growth Analyst will be responsible for supporting and improving the operations, engagement, and strategic initiatives of the Cowrywise Campus Ambassadors programme. This includes managing ambassador recruitment, overseeing skill-based teams, coordinating virtual and physical events, tracking programme performance, identifying areas for improvement, and, most importantly, being able to innovate, think creatively, and introduce ambitious initiatives that support the community's goals. The ideal candidate is highly organised, data-driven, and passionate about building thriving communities. You should have experience in community management, programme coordination, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements: Quality experience in community management, program coordination, or related roles. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Experience in event planning, stakeholder engagement, and ambassador program management. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analysing program impact and reporting. Passion for financial literacy, student empowerment, and career development. Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Email marketing software, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and other project management software is a plus.
Reporting Line: The jobholder will report to the Senior Growth Marketer.
Compensation: The starting compensation for this role is NGN500,000 - NGN800,000 monthly net.
