About the Role This internship supports BMW Group's Aftersales Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty initiatives in Woodcliff Lake, focusing on managing BMW Dealer Careers' social media, content support, and program communications. It is a Fall Rotation internship designed to build networks, explore new ideas, and contribute to dealer engagement and training programs. What You'll Do
- Manage BMW Dealer Careers’ social media presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging digital platforms.
- Review and monitor social media content to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze engagement trends and identify opportunities to increase audience interaction and online visibility.
- Support website content updates for recruiting initiatives, dealer communications, technician recognition, and BMW Group University programs.
- Coordinate and support logistics for technician recognition, leadership development, and customer experience training programs.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute program materials, event communications, and collateral.
- Promote technician achievements, dealer engagement, and training success stories through digital communication channels. What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
- Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior.
- Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript.
- Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week). Compensation & Benefits

- The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30
- The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
- The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate.
