This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can challenge established thinking, connect decisions across a complex portfolio, and translate strategy into focused commercial action.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop regional product marketing strategies for priority portfolios, launches, and growth initiatives across the Americas.

  • Connect individual product stories into a coherent portfolio and solution narrative for priority audiences.
  • Lead regional go-to-market strategies, including target audiences, channel approaches, activation priorities, adoption plans, and measures of success.
  • Guide commercial readiness and lifecycle planning beyond launch, covering awareness, consideration, conversion, utilization, retention, and portfolio transitions.
  • Partner with Sales, Commercial Marketing, and Sales Enablement to develop relevant narratives, competitive plays, launch materials, training, and field tools.
  • Define product marketing objectives and KPIs connected to growth, customer engagement, adoption, competitive performance, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Use performance data and market feedback to identify gaps and recommend focused changes to positioning, activation, channel strategy, or investment.
  • Lead post-launch and lifecycle reviews, turning lessons into stronger strategies, playbooks, and future investment decisions.
  • Guide and coach product marketing colleagues and cross-functional partners, improving the consistency and quality of regional product marketing practices.

Job Qualifications:

  • Progressive experience in product marketing, product management, portfolio marketing, or a related commercial strategy role.
  • Success owning strategy for complex products or portfolios and translating market insight into measurable growth.

  • Experience influencing product and portfolio decisions within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Clear executive communication, storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience guiding other marketers through coaching, frameworks, and shared practices.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or a related field.
