About the Role The Group Operations Manager oversees operational activities across multiple departments or locations, ensuring efficiency, alignment with strategic goals, and adherence to quality standards. This role emphasizes strong team leadership, budget/resource management, and ongoing process improvements to drive performance. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
- Lead and mentor teams; provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance, fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
- Manage budgets, resources, and procurement to ensure efficient allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Track and analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and optimize operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining high quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with other departments, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Identify and manage potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact. What We're Looking For
- A combination of strong soft and hard skills, including leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management.
- Strong financial and organizational skills for budgeting and resource management.
- ITIL 4 Foundation is required; PMP/Prince2 or Six Sigma are optional. Nice to Have
