Group Manager, Supply Control

About the Role The Group Manager leads the Supply Control team within Scania's logistics organization. You drive performance, coach a team of 25 supply controllers, and manage relations with over 1,200 suppliers, ensuring a robust and efficient supply chain for Scania trucks, buses, and diesel engines. What You'll Do

• Motivate, coach and guide your team to grow both individually and collectively, creating an atmosphere where everyone can reach their full potential.
• Lead the team with a focus on optimizing processes to achieve a more efficient and effective supply chain, tackling challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and managing escalation cases.
• Collaborate with your team to develop and implement effective actions that resolve supply chain issues.
• Implement long-term strategies for the Supply Control department and translate this vision into clear goals for your team.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve supply chain challenges. What We're Looking For
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least three years of professional experience in a relevant field, with solid knowledge of supply chain and/or logistics.
• An assertive team player with strong analytical capacities and a proactive approach to challenges; a natural team leader with a passion for coaching and inspiring others.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
• A strong passion for and knowledge of supply chain management, with an understanding of its complexities and dynamics.
• Strong MS Office skills and fluency in Dutch and English. Nice to Have
